1 I reserve the right to turn down any commission or commissioner for any reason
2 I refuse to draw any of the following: pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, homophobia, hate speech, racism, nudity and/or NSFW, extreme gore. if there are any inquiries, feel free to reach out.
3 Respect is a 2-way street! i will not serve you if you cannot respect me
4a Any payment will be issued after a sufficient sketch has been presented to the customer -- refunds are not accepted
4b If you change your mind on the commission when i have finished the sketch but HAVE payed, the sketch can be given as a freebie
5a When commissioning me, please understand that my schedule may fluctuate and a commission may take longer than 1 month. I will always provide updates on the artpiece and my activity
5b If you need an artpiece by a certain date (within 2~ days), a 15% upcharge will be issued
6 For all commissions paid in USD, only paypal and kofi are applicable.

7 I am happy to alter my prices to fit a commissioners budget, but i will not offer my art for freebies, shoutouts/recognition, or less than 50% of the original price
8a Characters made to be commissioned must have a clear, flat-colored reference. i will turn down drawing characters based off 3D models*, with messy/incomprehensible text or markings, without a clear color palette, or intense shading/rendering (minimal shading is okay)
* 3D models may be accepted as a reference if a clear palette/notes are provided OR if the model itself is clear enough to be used as a flat reference
8b Complex designs may receive up to a 50% upcharge depending on the complexity of the design and/or accessories. You are welcome to ask for a quote before commissioning me.
9a Finished pieces will be sent as a .png (and in some cases, .mov or .gif), but can also be emailed to the customer for better quality.
9b Finished pieces will come with a watermarked and unwatermarked version, however all of my art pieces contain a signature which should not be removed.
10 My work must be credited if it is posted on other platforms. This includes PFPs/banners.
